
Bill: To add to David's response, it is almost entirely expired credit cards. The rejection rate on a monthly basis has risen to almost 50% of the several hundred automatic renewals each month. With assistance from John Proctor, we emailed and mailed letters to the approximately 250 upcoming May membership expirees whose credit cards are expiring letting them know this fact; 50 responses have already been received.
