Last July Dick Norton suggested that we put the Conflict of Interest forms that most of you are required to sign and submit every year in the front of the Board Meeting notebooks.

Lisa has already received a number of completed forms. For anyone who has not submitted the form by the time we gather for the meeting, a blank form will be in the front of their notebook.
