
Dave, I am becoming increasingly concerned over the image ARRL is projecting to our members regarding IT activity. I understand that we all make mistakes. Even so, as it strikes me, we either are experiencing a bad run of luck or a good show of incompetence. Hard on the heals of the LOTW "situation": 1. We send out a notice a day too early? 2.
