Pursuant to Article 4 of the Articles of Association and Bylaw 26, a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors is hereby called for 9:00 PM EST Wednesday, August 22, 2018 solely for the purpose of electing a Chief Executive Officer and Secretary. The meeting will be conducted by teleconference. Instructions on how to participate will be sent separately.
