Kay and Gentlemen

    It appears, at this moment, that I will not be able to attend the Board meeting.

    I am the lead attorney in a multi-party Federal Court case in which the Judge has reset, on his own motion, a hearing set by agreement for Monday, July 15, to Monday, July 22.

    All parties have made various motions the effect of which would either reset the hearing or render it unnecessary, but the Court has declined to rule (yet) on any of the Motions.

    So regrettably, I will be unable to join our merry band in its semi-annual effort to alter the future, manage chaos and preserve the Kingdom from the depredations of the dragons that beset us. Be well, be safe and be wise.
