The ARRL Bylaws require that the ARRL President, all Vice-Presidents, the Treasurer, all Directors and all Vice-Directors shall annually sign a statement which affirms that he or she:

1) Has received a copy of the current conflict of interest policy;

2) Has read and understands the policy;

3) Has agreed to comply with the policy; and

4) Understands that the Association is a non-profit organization and that in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes.

 

The conflict of interest policy and affirmation form are contained in the attachment. Please fill out and sign the affirmation form on page 3 and return it to Lisa Kustosik, either by USPS or as a scanned attachment to an email to lkustosik@arrl.org.
