I believe that was for DXCC specifically, not related to LoTW.
 
We have had over the years multiple software related problems with software related to the records, processing and tracking of DXCC but non of those were related to LoTW because I believe we did LoTW "in-house". If I'm not correct, I'm sure I'll be correct but that is my recollection off the top of my head without looking anything up.

I agree and don’t want to beat any dead mules, but my reference to salvaging was in regard to the scurrying around done to salvage the effort to develop the computer program.  I believe there was some talk about financial difficulties on the part of a supplier, etc.  To me, if not to others, this represented salvaging.
