Attached is the Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture issued to WA7CQ and Chairwoman Rosenworcel’s statement with regard to it. I included the public notice sent earlier so that all
related documents are in a single package. In addition, I saw that the Chairwoman tweeted about this case:

I note that the allegation is that the ham used his “his amateur hand-held radio”
to transmit on 151.145 MHz.

This morning the FCC adopted a Notice of Apparent Liability with regard to transmissions last year by a ham, WA7CQ, on Government frequencies during fire fighting operations.
A copy of the Public Notice is attached.
