Shortly we will be posting an ARRL Web and ARRL Letter story noting that the new BPL rules included in the FCC's MO&O take effect today. The story makes passing reference to the fact that we're mulling the possibility of a judicial appeal. Of course, we're a bit past that point but it would be premature to announce it.
