I also have business Comcast internet here and my cable line comes in from the pole and runs right next to my main tower. I run the full legal limit here and have never interfered with my router. I do get into my AV surround sound receiver on 40 and 80 meters, but a faraday shield cover  made up from 1/2 inch hardware cloth took care of it.

If true this may be a bad precedent set. But it seems rather vindictive since cutting off internet service won’t solve the interference issues. 

My cable company when they were Service Electric had their upstream in the 15 meter band back when it was DOCSIS 2.0. They didn’t experience interference and neither did I. Altice USA has since bought them out. 

Is the lab on this already?

I don’t know if Kristen is on this as yet. I’m forwarding this since one of my members here in NNJ seemed concerned.
