As you will notice in the form, only the options for dinner on Thursday and Friday are described in the form. Lunch for the days of the Board Meeting is already included. We will only need from you to choose for Wednesday and Thursday if you will have or won't have lunch those days. We encourage you to fill this form completely, and send it by Tuesday, January 11th at noon, so we can inform properly, and in a timely manner, to the hotel your requests and get them ready for you.
