Tom raises excellent points and I plan to read his message several times over. However, I wonder if a budget revision motion at this meeting is the best way to go. Allocating money ad hoc doesn't amount to a coherent overall policy about what's important or a well-thought-out plan for how to get those important things done. I am looking forward to the report of Coy's strategic planning committee.
