To access the BoardEffect website, the link is arrl.boardeffect.com

 

To login into your account your username is the first initial of your first name and your last name (i.e., SMartin). The first initial password is Welcome2022 . The website will prompt you to change your password.

 

If you have a report(s) that needs to be uploaded, you will receive a specific link regarding each report as shown in orientation. All reports must be submitted by July 8^th 4:30 P.M. EST. After that time, the link will expire, and the initial electronic board book will be published before the end of business day EST on July 8^th.  After that time, if you have not uploaded your report or would like to submit a revised report, please send it to ExecAdmin@arrl.org . All motions should be sent to ExecAdmin@arrl.org and will be uploaded to BoardEffect by the executive admin staff.
