Past Dakota Division Director Howard Mark, K3HM, ex-W0OZC, died on January 24. Howard was Vice Director from April 1982 until January 1986 and then was Director until July 1993 when he had to resign as a result of moving out of the division. Those of us who remember Howard will always have fond memories of his engaging intellect.
