Barry:
Thank you and the staff that assisted in this endeavor! I would like a copy via email please (doug@k4ac.com should work).
Thanks also for including the Grassroots link.
Dan:
Can we update the two documents found on http://www.arrl.org/resources-1 to eliminate Chwat and tweak anything that might need tweaking?
Thanks & 73,
Doug

Subject: [arrl-odv:23223] Letter Generation Program
Good morning:
While 3 Directors have specifically requested a Division-based application like the one used to generate letters at the National Convention, the ARRL IT Department has created the program for all 15 Divisions. Knowing that there are limited opportunities for its application, nonetheless we can send you a copy of the MS Access program for your Division if you can use it.
There are a few parameters:
1. You must have MS Access 2003 or later (with the appropriate version of MS Windows) to run the application;
2. We can send you the file in either a zip file (10 mb in size) or on a thumb drive. Note if you want the zip file your local ISP must allow for receipt of a file this size, most do.
3. There is also an MS Word file with the instructions on its use.
Information in the file includes Member name, call sign, address (incl. Congressional district) and Division. As such, dissemination of this information needs to be safeguarded. Terms of use for the information have been previously established for Directors and Grassroots volunteers and can be found at http://www.arrl.org/grassroot-members?p=db.
If you would like a copy of this file to use, please contact John Proctor, K1JMP@arrl.org, and let him know which format you would prefer (zip file or thumb drive).
