All:

The A&F Committee met last evening to  create the Investment Management Committee (IMC) as directed by the Board.

After a brief discussion the following were named to the IMC:

Mr. Hopengarten

Ms. McIntyre

Mr. Morine

Mr. Williams and Mr. Stratton were each also candidates who received tie votes in two rounds of voting.  As there were no tie-break procedures it was decided that they will both attend the initial committee meetings until such time as a resolution can be determined.

Dr. Niswander is also a voting member of the IMC per board motion as is Mr. Minster, albeit in a non-voting capacity.

This was the only item on the agenda.  The official minutes will be distributed in due course.
