I’ll post an update to ODV shortly then you can direct members to that page for reporting instructions.
To be crystal clear on this: we are treating all of these as standard reportable incidents under the volunteer monitoring program. Riley is working with the VM’s and has established a protocol of reporting directly into FCC when warranted. Note that he has had at least 2 reports directly to FCC within the past few days.

Here in TN I have contacted most of the repeater Trustees and have them monitoring their systems and most also are recording them continuously. We have had each system make a statement on all of their nets plus get blast emails out to all of their members outlining what is going on and requesting that all members immediately contact their trustee or his designated point person so that appropriate action can be taken.
These designated hams or the Trustees are sending their recordings directly to Riley Hollingsworth and coordination taking the repeaters used by these groups off line for the balance of the week.
Here we have had a couple of groups using two of the repeaters that cover downtown Nashville to coordinate their planned activities. We are still monitoring and recording all of the other repeaters that cover the downtown area, and will take them down if they pop up on any of them.
Most of the repeaters on our area are already set up for continuous recording and remote control so it has been very easy to take the necessary actions.

During our board discussion on the use of ham radio during the capitol events, I asked that we put out information on who to call if illegal/inappropriate use of amateur radio is observed. While I can guess at an answer, can we put out a statement informing members on the steps they should take in this situation?
