Professionally, Sandi was a senior electronic technician at Collins Radio

her many Amateur Radio positions, she served as trusted assistant to husband
Fried in his many positions in Radio Clubs, Councils and elected ARRL
positions. As time permitted, the Heyns would take to the ski slopes at
Mammoth Mountain. As Fried says, “We were joined at the hip.”
Services are not planned at this time.
