I am happy to announce that Josh Johnston,
KE5MHV, has been hired as the Director of Emergency Management
with immediate effect.
Josh will be relocating from Arkansas to
Newington as soon as is practical. He will be attending the
Board meeting dinner and the National Convention.
I want to thank the members of the EC-FSC
who helped to vet the resumes and conduct interviews in
narrowing the field down to those most qualified. When Bud
and I compared our ordered lists and our notes, they were
identical!
Josh has a lengthy background in EmComm – I
will be writing a formal announcement with more of his
background later.
