Bill and I have been noticing that our Marriott points from the board meetings are not being credited to our accounts.

If you do keep up with those points, you should check your account on the website.  There is a “missing points” form and instructions are to use this if it has been 10 days since your stay and points were not credited.  I filled out mine today.
