It was all but officially announced today that Steve Lang will replace Anna Gomez as head of the U.S. delegation to the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-2023).  Lang, a longtime State Department employee, is Deputy Assistant Secretary-International Information and Communications Policy and has been working with
