During today’s Zoom meeting to discuss the 2022-23 Plan, I was asked to share the quote used to put a place holder in the Capital Plan for replacing/repair the parking lot and sidewalks.  This quote is about $225,000 and because it was the only one with no clear understanding (yet) of what is best solution for the parking or a quality price I added an additional $25,000, resulting in the $250,000 in the Plan documents. 

As I mention during the call, this is a placeholder to address the parking lot needs.  With the assistance of the new Facilities Manager (who starts Wednesday), we will be talking with a number of contractors and discussing what their professional opinions and recommendations are on exactly how to approach the parking lot.  After that process, we will review and decide what is best for the organization.
