I do agree with Mike as to the @arrl.net importance as a member benefit. I’ve been using mine for as long as I can remember but have had to cut back due to my @arrl.net (and @arrl.org) issues.
I’m not quite sure where to go from here but I will report back to our SM’s.

I have had members sporadically complain about arrl.net addresses failing after the personify upgrade, including my own. Most of that seems to have subsided some. I just tell them that HQ is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it.
As much of a PITA it all is for David and the rest of staff, there is tremendous marketing value in having members advertise the League by using their arrl.net addresses.

I just ran a quick test as well and sent e-mails to my “k2dp@arrl.org” address from both my e-mail accounts , “k2dp@charter.net” and “wb2pmp@gmail.com”
Both test messages arrived in my “k2dp@arrl.org” in box within a minute. So, for me, everything is working as it should be.

So it is in fact just a subset of the dot org addresses, not everyone.

As Bill N2COP and I were holding our Division Leadership Zoom meeting this past Sunday, I was asked by our Section Managers to request an update on the @arrl.org mailing aliases resolution process. They are all reporting problems with their email.
As is well known, many (?) of us in the field no longer are receiving any emails addressed to our individual @arrl.org mailing addresses. This includes those who are using Office 365. I have sent four emails to my n2zz@arrl.org address, and none were received. I did the same for myn2zz@arrl.net address; one gave me an error message, but none were received.
Our SM’s have been approached by members asking them why they did not respond to their emails and questioned why they were being unresponsive. In their section reports, they are giving their members their personal email addresses, but members have continued to use the @arrl.org addresses which were previously reliable for so many decades.
So, my questions are: where are we with resolution of the @arrl.org and @arrl.net aliases? Is everyone outside of HQ having this problem, or is it just us? Is there someone that has been assigned this task at HQ that could be contacted? Is there any projected resolution date?
If this is going to be long-term, I was requested by our SM’s to ask the process of changing their email address listing on page 16 of QST to their personal email addresses. I would have an interest in that as well.
