Most of us have received a
communication from Doug Rehman yesterday evening making a number of allegations
about General Counsel Imlay and the unauthorized practice of law in
Connecticut. If in fact Mr. Rehman has filed a complaint with the Connecticut
Bar Association or other authorities, we will await adjudication of those
before accepting any of Mr. Rehman's recommendations. We will continue to request, as necessary, advice and opinions of our Connecticut counsel, Day Pitney, on matters effecting Connecticut law.
Attached is a letter I have received
from CEO Gallagher notifying me that we will continue to use Mr. Imlay's
services as in the past.
