My flight was delayed from 6:30 AM out of Portland to 9:50 AM so I would miss my connection.

They rebooked me on a 7:21 AM flight so I will arrive in Hartford at 6:53 PM on DL1839 and probably get to the hotel at about 7:30 PM.  Please save me a seat at dinner.  I imagine I’ll be there in time for dessert.  The alternative was a midnight arrival.

I’ll read through the emails coming through ODV while I have breakfast but it sounds to me like some people need to grow up.

Years ago, I interviewed for a job as an IT manager/database manager/programmer at a manufacturing company.  When they were escorting me to the conference room, I heard an engineer yelling at a secretary.  I decided on the spot that I did not want the job.  I didn’t tell them then, but when they called to offer me the job, I declined.
