Folks, It is unclear whether I will be able to get all my comments in tonight. I have 8 or so minutes of material, but we've been told we have only 3 minute time slots. So, in case I have to skip portions, attached are the comments I intended to present. Please give them a read; in them I have attempted to wrap up, as succinctly as I can, what I see as the key points surrounding the Vice Director issue.
