Draft Board MinutesMinute 16: Subsequent to the stricken words, I believe, is some of the rationale language. It is actually helpful in clarifying the action but should it 'properly' be included? I don't have any qualms about including it (actually I support doing so)but was just curious... Minute 36: It is actually the Second meeting, correct? Nil other edits from here.
