I find my self in support of the resolution as agreed by the EC.  If this e-mail message is deemed to be satisfactory in compliance with the Article 6 requirement for a "mail vote," then I vote yes on the resolution.  If a true "mail vote" is necessary, then I will mail a ballot to whomever is delegated as the recipient thereof.
