Ladies and Gentlemen:

The year-end is fast approaching and with the earlier than usual Board meeting, it will be a challenge to collect as much financial information as possible for the preliminary year-end financial reports.

To the extent possible, we would appreciate your submitting all year-end expenses as soon as possible. All travel related expense reports should be submitted no later than Friday, January 6^th. If you have estimates of any administrative expenses we would appreciate your filing those at the same time so we can present financial reports that are as accurate as possible at the Board meeting.
