But that was not a legislative matter. He would not know about this unless someone consults him or asked him to be in the loop now. But I think it will be an expensive fight to have it declared preempted by Federal law if it were to get traction and pass. However, the service carriers have deep pockets and I would think would step up to that plate to fight.
