I have been using our restructuring PowerPoint presentation as my reference. I have sent copies of it to my three Section Managers and my 40 plus Assistant Directors. However, I think a restructuring FAQ on the ARRL web site would be a great help in answering questions - particularly for those who can't, or do not know how to, use a PowerPoint presentation.
