Bob Heil sent the enclosed email to some of us, but not all. Bob asked if I would forward it to the entire Board. I promised him that I would. The letter expresses Bob's concern regarding the gentleman's agreement regarding AM and a request for assistance from the League to address what he sees as the apparent withering away of that agreement and understanding. Bob's letter and concerns warrant some study and a response.
