[ARRL-ODV:7927] VEC Exam Fee for 2003

As part of the 2003/2004 Plan discussed and approved at the A&F Committee meeting last weekend, we are raising the VEC exam fee to $12, effective January 1, 2003. It is currently $10. Although in recent years we have narrowed the gap between VEC revenues and expenses, the increase to $12 is needed to bring the VEC program to breakeven in 2003 and 2004. We normally set the test fees for the next calendar year in mid-November, and at that time inform the VEs and make a public announcement.
