What exactly is the motion? If it is to replace the existing articles and bylaws with the attached, could we please have it with the exact changes highlighted? MS Word with the track changes function turned on would be very helpful. What is the estimated cost associated with this change? As most of you know I have been out of the office on vacation in NC (and am still there) since December 15th and have not had access to the internet, and hence email, until this morning when I arrived at my brother's home.
Was received by the Secretary's office in a timely manner on December 20th but am just now being able to circulate it to ODV.
Thanks and I apologize for being in literally an "unplugged" part of the mountains of NC for the first ten days of my scheduled vacation. I will return to the office on the 8th but will have internet access the rest of my stay except for Wednesday January 3rd.
