Nice post. BTW the proposed bandwidth petition from the EC was on the front page of the ARRL webpage until the last few days. It was the lead story for several weeks. Now it is on the second page reached by that arrow at the bottom of the page. One does have to look for the ARRL Flag or the headline of the story to find it tough. I typed in "bandplan" and "bandwidth" in the search at the top of the page and got some stuff.

You are right that we need to post our proposals and FAQs in a more attention getting and significant place.

I haven't read the stuff as carefully as I might in that I've been reading and scoring scoring scholarship applications for the Foundation. What a job. It warmed my heart though to see the quality of student-hams who applied. Wow!
