Just one bit of clarification to my hastily sent message below…..this will NOT be a session where we will work on, revise or update the plan so it is not going to be an “all-nighter” in any stretch of the imagination.

This will be a brief status of where we are with the plan and how we should get back on track and refocused. There may be couple of resulting items the board may want to address Friday or Saturday so that is the purpose for utilizing Thursday evening with this as the primary topic.

On January 3, the Vice President’s and I got together via a teleconference to discuss a few issue for the board meeting. One item was the primary topic for Thursday evening. One of the VP’s suggested, and we all unanimously agreed, that we should discuss our strategic plan in an effort to get back on track and refocus. This will also be good for our new members that will be attending to be briefed as well.

So, that will be our primary topic for the evening. If a director has something else on his mind there should be time for that as well.
