23 MAY 2007 - 2000 CDT Rich Moseson's editorial in the June issue of CQ about the ARRL being a secret society is cheap shot at best. What he says is at considerable variance with the facts. However, our low publicity profile on our communications with the FCC on RM-11306 since the first of this year does make it easy for him to do this. - Dick, W9GIG
