Attached is the web story that will be posted to arrl.org in just a little while. I want to thank the Executive Committee for helping review and edit the story as this one, given the unique nature of the meeting, was more difficult than some of the past ones. Obviously, after the meeting on August 16^th, we’ll be posting another story on what happened at that meeting.
