Our system may indeed be broken, but I have also found that many licensees seem to ignore updating their address with the FCC. When I sent out hundreds of notices to all hams within a certain radius (by zip code) to request they attend an important antenna hearing I was conducting for a local ham, (the infamous WN3A case) out of many hundreds of 1st class mail notices, TEN PERCENT came back to me with "forwarding order expired". We got the addresses right from the current FCC ULS system too. If that's no longer the case, that page needs to be updated. I may have received one but I don't think I did. Is this something that Personify broke, or is this an anomaly? I haven't had any other questions about it, but was wondering. Anybody else on ODV had recent issues with this?
