Many thanks to each of you for responding to the appeal of the decision of the E&E by candidate Madison Jones. Twelve Board members indicated they did not wish to review the decision, and three members recused themselves. An insufficient number indicating a desire to hear the appeal, the matter is closed and Mr. Jones is being informed.
