Are we going to move away from "GoToMeeting" and towards something like Zoom, that actually works?

Hi Craig, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry the audio did not work for you, we had nearly 100 participants today and all seemed to go well otherwise.
 
Did you follow the setup instructions on our Learning Network page to test your system's compatibility ahead of time?

     I wanted to share my experience when I attempted to login to the ARRL Boston Bombing Webinar.  I am running Windows 8.1 with all updates accomplished, so the Webinar app appeared to install normally.  The session started up on time, and I was able to see a shared slide with live video of one person speaking, but could not hear his voice.  My computer audio was working fine, so I clicked on the Support hyperlink to get help or advice.  at the bottom of the Support page is the link to click if the user is having audio issues.  I clicked on that and a 404 message popped up stating that the page I was looking for did not exist.  At this point the GotoWebinar app launcher says that I am connected to the session and "Let's Get Started!" but there is nothing showing but a generic info screen.
 
    In summary, IMO this is a terrible system.  Please consider using the Zoom webinar program for these events in the future.
