Jay, I have no intel on Travis LeBlanc beyond what one can learn by googling. He has impressive academic credentials but I have not found much that sheds light on his experience as an enforcer or with radio (or any other “hardware” aspect of telecom). His recent focus has been on privacy protection and data breaches. Also, I must admit to a bias against people who make dramatic job changes every two years or so.

How that might translate to Amateur Radio enforcement is an interesting question.
