Unfortunately, almost every SEC in the Southeastern Division tells me that the compliance on ARES Connect is quite low. I have a litany of complaints about it, multiple suggestions that we've missed the mark and that we should "start over."

The ICS 214s won't correlate with ARES Connect activity, so the numbers that you get from ARES Connect will likely be much lower than actual.

We don't have an EM Director, so where does this information go? It is high on the list of complaints about ARES - where we have seen improvement.
