The FCC has granted our request to withdraw RM-11306 and at the same time granted the request of the "Communications Think Tank" to withdraw their petition, RM-11305. Both petitions were dismissed without prejudice, meaning that a petitioner may revisit the subject in the future. The Order was released today over the signature of Scot Stone, Deputy Chief, Mobility Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Dave K1ZZ
