To Members of the Executive Committee: Having received no further edits, attached is the final draft of the Executive Committee Meeting Minutes dated April 5, 2021 for your consideration. With the comment period closed, this message then is the call for a vote from the committee members to approve the minutes (Yea or Nay). A simple majority is required for approval.
