14 OCT, 2004 - 1930 CDT Thank you Tom for quickly digging up the text of John Kerry's speech to the AARP today. I did a very quick read of text of Kerry's speech and I did not see the term BPL used. The only reference to (Internet) broadband I could find is: "We will offer tax credits to help us seize the possibilities of the Broadband Revolution and make Internet access available to all of America's families." But maybe I read too fast. - Dick, W9GIG
