I think I asked this once, but if a SK report is sent to HQ was that being processed by membership?

Marketing completed the research study to evaluate the number of Silent Keys list as Life Members.
We were trending towards a number of 2,000 and ended up at 1,399.
All of these members were removed from active standing as Life Members during September.
Fortunately, increases in recent activities nearly made up for the loss during September, but we still have work to do recovering from the stoppage of chasing renewals from the first half of the year.
We are nearly 2500 members off plan YTD but will continue working to close the gap through year end.
