Just a note that due to an impending ice storm in Portland this afternoon and tonight, United has already canceled my flight out for tomorrow. Probably for the best anyway, as it would have been 35 miles of a white knuckle driving to the airport for me. 

 

So, I am now booked to leave PDX Thursday AM on a different airline, and not arriving in Hartford until late that evening. I will have to find somebody to run the scheduled PSC meeting, but I'll deal with that in a separate e-mail on the PSC reflector. 

 

Diane, I will not be able to attend the dinner Thursday evening. I'll contact the hotel and cancel the Wednesday night stay there
