This has been a great week for my family, too. At about 4:30 AM on Thursday, September 28, James Ryan Riffe checked into the net at 8 pounds 7 1/2 ounces, 20.5 inches long, here in southwestern Virginia. His mom (my daughter) and dad are doing well, under the circumstances, and should be coming home today. This grandmother bit is going to take some getting used to, but I'm eager to work on it.
