It is refreshing to hear the youth perspective. Connor is a good friend and recently was part of the “meme appreciation month” special event.

They talked about the meme appreciation month incident. I was part of the activation. Sadly, some hams complained not only on FB but also on QRZ and Fred yeeted (took down) their listings from QRZ. The Canadian youth shot back with official copies of the authorization and all was good. 

It did leave a bad taste in their mouths, as it seemed like a knee jerk reaction. I think that since first impressions last, this didn’t do well with them.
